360 Survey
I was lucky to be able to take part in a Zenger Folkman 360 survey to facilitate feedback from my manager, peers, direct reports and self.
The peer and direct report feedback was anonymous to ensure unbiased feedback. I was quite happy with the results and unsurprisingly I was generally my harshest critic.
